Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on kokoot.com, operated by Remittons Technologies Co., Limited ("kokoot", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Billing Terms together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Prices and Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Product prices exclude shipping fees. Applicable taxes (including VAT where required) and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. We may change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including product price, applicable shipping fees, taxes and import duties shown at checkout where applicable. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorized.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. See our Payment Methods page for details. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout; we do not store your full card details.

4. Billing Descriptor

Charges from kokoot will appear on your card or account statement under “kokoot” or our operating company name. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

5. Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes (including VAT where required) and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. You will not face any additional charges upon delivery ? the price you pay at checkout is the final price for your order. If a local carrier or customs office contacts you about a shipment, please contact us at official@kokoot.com before making any payment so we can review the issue with our logistics partner.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed. Please verify your payment details or use an alternative accepted method.
