kokoot sells pet supplies and accessories designed to enrich your pet's daily life. Please read and follow all product instructions and the safety guidance below before use.

1. What We Sell

kokoot sells non-consumable pet supplies and accessories, including:

  • Pet toys and enrichment items (chew toys, treat-dispensing toys, puzzle feeders, lick mats, slow feeders)
  • Pet apparel and accessories (clothing, raincoats, costumes, bandanas, bow ties, collars, harnesses, leashes)
  • Grooming tools (brushes, paw cleaners, bath accessories, towels)
  • Cleaning and hygiene items (washable training pads, mats)
  • Pet travel gear (carriers, backpacks, travel bowls)
  • Home pet furniture and accessories (beds, mats, stairs, bowls, feeders)

2. What We Do Not Sell

For the safety of pets and compliance with applicable regulations, kokoot does not sell:

  • Pet food, treats, chews, supplements, or any ingestible products
  • Veterinary medications, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
  • Sedatives, calming sprays, anxiety-treatment products, or behavior-modifying chemicals
  • Pheromone sprays, diffusers, or any chemical product applied directly to pets
  • Cat litter, kitty litter substrates, or similar bulk consumables
  • Electronic pet devices that require home-country electrical certification (smart feeders, smart litter boxes, electric grooming devices, GPS trackers, pet cameras)
  • Any product requiring veterinary prescription or professional administration

Our product range is intentionally limited to non-consumable accessories and enrichment items that do not interact with your pet's body chemistry or health.

3. General Safety Guidance

  • Always supervise your pet during first use of any new product.
  • Inspect products regularly for damage, loose parts, sharp edges, or other safety concerns.
  • Discontinue use immediately if a product becomes damaged, loose, torn, frayed, unsafe, or causes discomfort.
  • Replace products that show signs of wear before they fail during use.
  • No pet product is indestructible. Even durable rubber, TPR, or fabric items can be destroyed by determined chewing or pulling.
  • Keep small or detached parts away from pets — they may pose a choking or ingestion hazard if torn off.

4. Toys & Interactive Products

  • Damage caused by chewing, scratching, pulling, biting, or normal play is not a manufacturing defect.
  • Choose toy sizes appropriate to your pet's size and chewing strength. Small toys may pose a choking hazard for large dogs.
  • Power chewers, aggressive chewers, and large breeds should use products rated for their size and chewing intensity.
  • Remove toys with broken pieces, exposed stuffing, or compromised structural integrity immediately.
  • Supervise puppies and senior pets closely.

5. Enrichment & Slow-Feeder Products

Lick mats, slow feeders, puzzle feeders, treat-dispensing toys, and similar enrichment products are designed to be used with compatible filling materials supplied by the customer (such as wet pet food, peanut butter formulated for pets, plain yogurt, or similar pet-safe foods).

These products are sold without consumable contents included. You are responsible for:

  • Selecting filling materials that are safe and appropriate for your pet's diet, allergies, and health conditions
  • Consulting your veterinarian regarding suitable foods (especially for pets with dietary restrictions)
  • Avoiding ingredients toxic to pets (xylitol, chocolate, grapes, onions, garlic, etc.)
  • Cleaning the product per the instructions

kokoot is not responsible for adverse reactions to filling materials supplied by the customer.

6. Apparel, Collars, Harnesses & Carriers

  • Size recommendations are general references only. Dimensions are measured manually and may vary slightly between batches.
  • Measure your pet before ordering — chest girth, back length, neck circumference, and weight are the most important measurements.
  • If unsure, choose the larger size when possible.
  • Always check fit and security before walks, travel, or extended wear. A poorly fitting harness or collar can cause injury or allow escape.
  • Do not leave pets unattended in carriers for extended periods. Ensure adequate ventilation and rest stops during travel.
  • Costumes and apparel should allow free movement, vision, hearing, and breathing. Remove immediately if your pet appears uncomfortable.

7. Beds, Mats, Pads & Hygiene Products

  • Wash and clean according to product instructions. Use only pet-safe detergents.
  • Inspect for damage — chewed corners, loose seams, exposed stuffing, or damaged surfaces should not be used.
  • Replace hygiene products (washable pee pads, beds with stuffing) when they no longer perform as intended.

8. Grooming Tools

  • Use grooming tools (brushes, paw cleaners, bath accessories) gently and according to product instructions.
  • Test new grooming products on a small area first.
  • Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of irritation, discomfort, or skin reaction. Consult your veterinarian.

9. Not a Medical or Veterinary Product

kokoot products are pet supplies and accessories — not medical or veterinary products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, behavioral condition, or anxiety in your pet.

  • We make no medical, veterinary, or therapeutic claims about our products.
  • Product descriptions reference comfort, enrichment, and convenience — not health or medical outcomes.
  • Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health, behavioral, allergy, anxiety, or medical concerns about your pet.
  • If your pet shows signs of illness, injury, allergic reaction, or distress, seek veterinary care promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

kokoot is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from:

  • Improper use of products
  • Failure to supervise your pet during use
  • Use of products inappropriate for your pet's size, breed, age, or behavior
  • Normal pet behavior including chewing, scratching, digging, biting, or pulling
  • Filling materials supplied by the customer
  • Failure to follow product instructions or this safety disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kokoot's total liability for any product-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
