Warranty Policy

kokoot stands behind the quality of every product we ship. Our quality coverage applies to manufacturing defects and incorrect items fulfilled by kokoot.
Coverage Period
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and incorrect items for 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us at official@kokoot.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- Photos of the outer packaging if relevant
We will respond within 2 business days. If we confirm the issue is our responsibility, we will resolve the issue appropriately. This may include:
- A free replacement (most common — no need to return the original in most cases)
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit (if you prefer)
Please contact customer service before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects identified within 30 days of delivery
- Incorrect items shipped by us
- Items missing from your order
What Is Not Covered
- Shipping or transit damage (see our Shipping Policy Section 8 and Return & Refund Policy Section 7 for damaged package procedures)
- Damage from chewing, scratching, digging, biting, pulling, or other pet-related interaction
- Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Discoloration or fabric stretching from regular use
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (heat, cold, water beyond product specifications)
- Items modified, altered, or repaired outside of kokoot's authorization
- Items past the 30-day coverage period
Apparel & Sizing — Not a Defect
Pet apparel, harnesses, collars, and similar wearable items are measured manually and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, material stretch, or batch differences. Sizing variation is not a manufacturing defect. If the size does not fit, please request a free variant exchange under Section 2 of our Return & Refund Policy.
