At kokoot, we want every order to arrive safely and on time for you and your pet.


1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times reflect typical transit under normal conditions. Actual delivery may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events (e.g., holidays, year-end sales, major promotional periods), severe weather, regional disruptions, customs clearance delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). The times shown are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.


2. Order Processing

All orders require 3 business days for quality check and preparation before dispatch. Processing time is in addition to the transit time shown in Section 1.

During holidays, promotional events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer than usual.


3. All-Inclusive Pricing

All applicable taxes (including VAT where required) and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not face any additional charges upon delivery — the price you pay at checkout is the final price for your order.


4. Carriers We Use

All orders are shipped via one of our trusted international logistics partners, selected based on your destination and order weight:

  • YunExpress — a major cross-border logistics provider serving 220+ countries and regions
  • SF Express International — one of Asia's largest courier networks, known for fast and reliable international parcel delivery

The specific carrier handling your order, along with the tracking number and tracking link, will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Track Your Order

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor progress.
  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to activate and update in the carrier's system.
  • Carrier Hand-off: If your parcel transfers between carriers during transit (for example, from the international leg to a local delivery partner), tracking updates may briefly pause before resuming on the new carrier's system. This is normal and does not indicate a lost shipment.
  • How to Track: You can check your order status via your kokoot account, or by using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. kokoot is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Completion: kokoot's responsibility for an order ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. We are not liable for loss or theft after a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

8. Shipping & Transit Damage

If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please:

  1. Document the condition with photos and video at the time of delivery
  2. Contact us at official@kokoot.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photo/video evidence

Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund and pursue the carrier claim internally on your behalf. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


9. Product Information & Stock Availability

  • Product Information: Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before purchasing. For pet apparel, harnesses, carriers, and similar wearable items, please measure your pet before ordering.
  • Stock Availability: In the rare event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly via email to discuss options (substitution, partial fulfillment, or refund).
